WHAT IF ALL TEAM MEMBERS PURCHASED WILL NOT ATTEND?

If you know that some of your purchased registrants are not going to make the event, you can return make changes to existing registrants at any time through a provided link on your receipt, or please visit our CONTACT US page. There you can either leave a message for our Website Administrator, or you can leave a voice mail at the number provided. All calls will be returned by Thursday or Friday each week if not answered immediately. We appreciate your patience.

WHAT IS INVOLVED IN BEING A TABLE SPONSOR AND HOW CAN I BECOME ONE?

Table Sponsorships are highly coveted at the TOCIFT event. They serve food each day at the event competing for a hospitality award which lands them a free Table Sponsor entry (AND BRAGGING RIGHTS!) for the next year’s event. Table Sponsorship comes with 2 Free Teams of 8 Anglers, 5 Worker, and 7 Guest/Guide passes to the event for half the rate of a regular Team entry, which includes only 4 Anglers and 1 Guest/Guide. Table Sponsorships are highly coveted at the TOCIFT event, but unfortunately, there are a limited number of tables in the tent. Current Table Sponsors have first right of refusal, so there may be a wait list.. Please CONTACT US if you are interested in Table Sponsorship.

WHEN DOES ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSE

Online Registration will close July 15th, 2026 at 10:00pm.  If you have an issue after this point or need to register another person, please visit the registration booth at the event.
