TOCIFT 2024

Texas Oilman’s Charity Invitational Fishing Tournament (TOCIFT) held its 2024 event in Matagorda, Texas on July 18, 19 & 20 and the fish in the Gulf did not disappoint. This whopper of a Grouper was caught by Mitchell Bundick, employee of Patterson UTI, sponsored by GD Energy Products. This massive fish weighed in at 183.03 lbs! The big one didn’t get away!

Since the first event held in June 2002, TOCIFT has become known as a world class charity event donating proceeds totaling $7.6M to various regional charities. The various charities that were given support this year include:

The 2025 event will take place July 10th, 11th & 12th. We hope you will join the fun.

You may contribute to our event in the following ways:

  • Door prizes: Must have a minimum value of $100 and can include items of a hunting, fishing or golfing nature.
  • Raffle Buckets/Live Auction: Raffle Buckets have a minimum value of $500 and Live Auction items a value of $1,000 or more. Some items you may want to consider donating: hunting & fishing equipment, wildlife art, antiques, golf clubs, guided hunting and fishing trips, shop equipment, etc.
  • Cash/Check Donations: Door prizes, raffle items or auction items will be purchased in your name.

Important Dates to Remember

  • 2025 Invitations go out April 1, 2025
  • Fees Due June 1, 2025
  • Online registration will remain open with badges pre-printed on July 4th.
  • Tournament Dates – July 10-12, 2025

(Changes made to online registrations after July 4th will require a new or reprinted badge. Please collect any pre-printed badges that were changed after July 4th from the registration booth and go to the change window to ask for a reprint.)

Fees for 2019

  • $1,500 – Tent Sponsor Fee
  • $3,000 – Team Fee (4 Anglers)
  • $750 – Extra Fisherman Fee
  • $500 – Extra Guest Fee
