WHAT IF ALL ATTENDEES REGISTERED
WILL NOT ATTEND?

If you know that some of your attendees are not going to make the event, just fill in the entries you have. You can return to the registration form through the Account Center link provided on our main menu or in your receipt. You can transfer your registrations to another indiviual or just leave them as is. There are no partial refunds, as the purchase is for a team. If for some reason your whole team is unable to attend, please CONTACT US to request a refund.

WHAT IS A TABLE SPONSOR AND, HOW CAN I GET A TABLE SPONSORSHIP ENTRY?

Table Sponsors provide food and drinks at the TOCIFT event. They are awarded entry for 2 teams, workers for their tables, and additional guests for their generous efforts to make TOCIFT a success. Table Sponsorships are highly coveted at the TOCIFT event, but unfortunately, there are a limited number of tables in the tent. To be entered on the waiting list for a Table Sponsorship, please contact Curtis Denison at 713-828-1269.

If you are having difficulty registering your attendees, please visit our CONTACT US page. There you can either leave a message for our Website Administrator, or you can leave a voice mail at the number provided. All calls will be returned by Thursday or Friday each week. We appreciate your patience.

WHEN DOES ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSE

Online Registration will close July 12th, 2024 at 11:55pm.  If you have an issue after this point, please contact the Website Administrator at the number given on our CONTACT US page. You will be able to register or change a registration at the event, but you may have to stand in line. It is best to handle any changes before the event.
